Save yourself a trip to the SUB and get it HERE. The file is in Adobe's nifty PDF format, so you will need to download the free Acrobat Reader (if you don't already have it). Print it, fill it out, and get it back to us ASAP.
KUOI is always looking for DJs. If you are interested, come by the station (on the third floor of the Student Union Building) and pick up an application. You can also call Andy and staff at 885-2218.
