What is NWO?

New World Order (NWO) is a REXX program to make it easier to write CircleMUD world files. To use it, you must first have a REXX interpreter - many IBM mainframe systems and OS/2 come with REXX built in. Others may make use of the many freeware and commercial REXX interpreters. The author uses OS/2 and Regina/Linux, but any REXX that conforms to the standard will work fine. Regina can be found at 'http://wwwcn.cern.ch/regina/Welcome.regina', and more information on REXX can be found at 'http://rexx.hursley.ibm.com/rexx/'. The author is not responsible for getting REXX set up at your site.
