Alice's Other Minis - Swaps

I crocheted this afghan for Colette who lives in the UK. It was for a swap where the theme was 'circus and carnival'. Neither Collette nor I was excited about making circus-related items, so we agreed to swap whatever we wanted to swap. I made her the afghan as well as an oval rug and a hat.

I made this nightie, negligee, and box of Valentine candy for Judy, for a Valentine swap. I adapted a pattern I found in Dolls in Miniature magazine to make the negligee. The candy is made of sculpey. Polymer clay is not my thing, but the candy didn't turn out to look too bad.

I smocked this dress for Tere for a "Dresses and Accessories" swap. I crocheted the hat and made the hanger as well. The dress is my own design. I know that Tere likes purple, but I couldn't find my piece of lavender gingham, so Tere's dress is pink. At least the hanger is lavender.
