This is my 1:48 ("Quarter") scale Library, from the 2002 Sagebrush Mini Society Workshop, held in Kennewick, Washington.

At the workshop, we were provided the an unfinished, yet assembled, wooden box, and two paper bags full of goodies. This kit was designed by a wonderful man named Stan. He said that he had to cut 120 pieces of wood for each kit!

Wallpaper and flooring materials were provided in the kit, but some people brought their own selections of papers. Judy, one of my club members, gave away a lot of pieces of wallpaper she had printed with her computer. The wallpaper and flooring in my library were provided by Judy.

In the kit were supplies to make the desk, the bench, the round skirted table, and the floor lamp. The chair in the corner started as a metal miniature. Little kits were included for the books, pictures, the desk blotter, the globe, and the animal skin rug.

We learned to make the bookcases in the loft, and the stairs and handrail.

I finished my roombox 5 days after the workshop.
